“Given Urbanization”:a Perspective of Understanding the Logic of China′s Rural Urbanization—taking Y town in South Henan as an example

农村城镇化是我国实现现代化的重大战略,但在许多地方的实施过程中,已经演化成为单纯为城镇化而城镇化的激进战略,处于激进城镇化战略中的农民,身不由己地被卷入其中。激进的城镇化战略不仅不利于城镇化的良性健康发展,也给基层治理带来了众多难题。未来我国的农村城镇化,必须立足于国情,走一条农民本位的内涵式发展之路。

Rural urbanization is the major strategy of modernization in our country, but in the process of the implementation, it has evolved to radical strategy which is taken purely for urbanization and urbanization in many places. The farmers who are in the radical urbanization strategy are forced to be involved in it. Radical urbanization strategy is not conducive to the positive and healthy development of urbanization, which has caused many problems to the grassroots governance. The future rural urbanization of our country must be based on our national conditions and take the path of connotative development which puts the farmers in the leading position.
