莱87区块高含铁污水处理技术

Treatment technology for sewage with high iron-ion in Lai87 block

摘要 莱87块油田污水含铁量高,处理难度大,为此,开展了区块污水处理技术研究。通过分析区块污水特点,在工艺流程上采用了锰铁过滤除铁技术,通过精细过滤使污水悬浮物达标;开展了稳定铁离子和防垢等实验,优选出适合的加药配方,并优化现场实施工艺。工艺流程投产后水质处理结果达到预期目标,为高含铁污水处理提供了技术支持。 In Lai87 block,sewage was difficult to treat because of high iron - ion content. Aiming at the problem,the wastewater treatment technology was studied. By analyzing the characteristics of the wastewater in the block,the ferromanga-nese filtering technology was used to remove iron - ion. And then the suspended solids content in the sewage met the standard after fine filtering. The experiments were carried out on iron - ion stabilization and anti - scaling. As a result,the dosing for-mula and field conduction process were optimized. After the process put into operation,the water treatment result achieved the desired destination. The technology may provide a technical support for the high iron content sewage treatment.
