摘要
本文从职业发展的理论出发,结合当下独立学院辅导员队伍的职业发展要求,分别从主体认识偏见、客体相互作用以及职业背景外溢三个角度阐述了辅导员职业发展的瓶颈,并有针对性地提出了独立学院辅导员队伍职业发展的建议。
From the theory of career development, the article respectively proposes the counselor career development bottleneck from angles of subject cognitive biases, object interaction and professional background spillover elaborated while considering the present professional development requirements of the independent college counselors’ team. It puts forward the suggestions for the development of independent college counselors’ team career.
