摘要
高职院校兼职教师管理历来存在来源多样、结构不合理、聘用不规范、考核和激励机制不完善、教学效果不理想等问题。解决这一问题的关键在于规范聘任、监督、考核、奖励等管理机制,打造专兼职教师合作平台以促进专兼职教师合作共同进步。
The problem of part-time teacher management exists in diversiifed teacher source, unreasonable structure, nonstandard employment, lack of effective excitation mechanism and bad teaching performance. The key solution to the problem should lie in the management mechanism like standardized employment, supervision, evaluation and reward, promoting cooperation and development of teachers.
