摘要
本文从"柔性管理"的性质和特点出发,重点分析了当前"90"后大学生的个性特点,同时分析了国际国内形势对高校思想政治教育的影响,提出了"柔性管理"的必要性,以及如何将"柔性管理"运用实施于高校思想政治教育中。
This article embarks from the nature and characteristics of lfexible management, focuses on analyzing the current after 90＇s college students’ personality as well as the inlfuence of international and domestic situation to the ideological and political education in colleges, puts forward the necessity of flexible management, and how to implement flexible management in the ideological and political education.
