摘要
本文首先探讨了西藏高校思想政治理论课教师的角色定位,其次探索了角色的自我培养,一是应深化角色意识,正确认识和理解自身角色;二是树立正确的学生观,提升职业认同感;三是加强角色反思,调整角色行为。
The paper explores the role of ideological and political theory teachers in Tibetan college. It also discusses the self-cultivation of the role. They should deepen the sensation of the role and understand the role in the ifrst place; secondly, establish a correct concept of students and enhance the professional self-identity; thirdly, they are supposed to strengthen the role relfection and adjust their role behavior.
