From the perspective of talent training in higher vocational education, this paper focuses on teaching reform through“replacing exam by competition and promoting learning by competition” in higher vocational college computer courses based on the incentives and supportive policies of college. The paper sums up the experiences accumulated in the exploration of teaching reform application.
