摘要
高校图书馆是为教学和科研提供服务的部门,图书馆员在图书资料与读者间起到桥梁的作用。在为读者服务的过程中,馆员与读者间产生冲突时有发生,本文具体分析产生冲突的原因,并提出了化解冲突的有效对策。
College libraries provides services for teaching and research. Librarians play a bridging role between books and readers. Conlficts happen during services. This article analyses the main causes of conlfict as well as effective countermeasures to it.
