承压水上工作面破坏及裂隙演化相似模拟试验 被引量:34

摘要 随着我国煤炭开采深度的逐渐增大,承压水上开采工作面底板破断、突水事故呈上升趋势。以某煤矿承压水上开采工作面底板为研究对象,采用理论分析和开采固-流耦合相似模型对承压水上开采底板破断失稳特征进行了研究,并对回采过程中裂隙演化特征进行了数字化分析。研究结果表明:某煤矿承压水上开采工作面底板存在明显"三带"规律;工作面底板破坏深度为19.2 m,有效保护层厚度为2.3 m;随着工作面向前推移,底板所受应力随着距开切眼距离的增大而增加;采动过程中近煤壁底板为裂隙聚集区;采动过程中煤层底板裂隙数量随着深度的增加而减少;底板裂隙演化能很好反映底板破坏过程,可为矿井突水临突监测监控提供可靠数据。 The occurrence of breakage and water inrush disasters of working face floor under mining above aqui- fer is increasing with the mining depth in China. Taking the working face floor above aquifer in some mines as the research object, by theoretical analysis and similar model of fluid-solid coupling, the fracture instability characteristics of working face floor during the mining above aquifer are studied, the characteristics of cracks evolution are analysed through the digital analysis. The results show that: ( 1 )The "three zones "appear in deep working face floor above aquifer in certain Mine ; ( 2 ) The failure depth of working face floor is 19.2m and the thickness of effective protection is 2.3m; (3}The stress of floor increases with increasing distance from open-off out as the work face goes forward facing; ( 4 ) The fractures cluster region is mainly located near the coal seam; ( 5 )The number of fissure reduces with floor depth increasing; (6 ) The conclusion indicates that the above-mentioned parameters can be used as the precursor information for monitoring and short-term predicting the water inrush hazards in coal mines.
