摘要
广西鱼峰水泥股份公司原有3条550t/d熟料的湿法窑,其熟料热耗高达5852 kJ/kg~6270kJ/kg。经测算,与新型干法生产线相比,年多耗燃煤的成本就高达1685万元。为此,该公司委托中材国际工程股份有限公司对这3条湿法窑实施技术改造设计。技改方案为新建1条燃无烟煤的2000t/d熟料的湿磨干烧生产线(另2条窑停产)。该项目于2001年1月6日开工,2002年2月2日一次投料烧出合格熟料;3月4日开始实现100%燃无烟煤稳定生产,并于3月12日~3月15日实现燃100%无烟煤的72h达标考核,同月实现月达产,综合技改效益显著。
Guangxi YuFeng Co.,Ltd. had 3X550t/d wet-process kiln lines with very high heat consumption of clinker from 5852kJ/kg to 6270kJ/kg, which is 16.85mil.Yuan more in coal cost compared with NSP production line. SIMONA International Engineering Co.,Ltd.was entrusted to actualize technical conversion for the three lines. The conversion was to build one 2000t/ d dry-process clinker production line with wet grinding and anthracite burning technology and to stop the other two kilns. The company started its construction of the new line on Jau.6th ,2001, and saw the quality clinker the first time when feeding the raw meal on feb.2nd 2002, and realized stable production with 100% anthracite on march 4th, and burnt 100% anthracite in 72 hours for fulfilling the target from march 12th to march 15th , and reach the designed capacity in the same month. Compreherensive benefit of technical conversion was notable.
