摘要
[目的]为了得出促进紫玉盘种子萌发的最佳处理组合。[方法]探讨3种外源激素GA、6-BA和2,4-D不同浓度对紫玉盘种子萌发的不同影响。[结果]6-BA对紫玉盘种子的萌发起明显促进作用,最适浓度为25 mg/L。[结论]外源激素对紫玉盘种子的萌发起着重要的促进作用,浓度越高,对种子萌发的抑制作用越明显。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to obtain the optimum treatment combination which could promote the germination of the seeds of Uvaria microcarpa. [ Method] The different effects of the three kinds of exogenous hormone GA, 6-BA and 2, 4-D on the germination of the seeds of Uvaria microcarpa were studied. [ Result] 6-BA had the obvious promotion effects on the germination of the seeds of Uvaria microcarpa, and the optimal concentration was 25 mg/L. [ Conclusion] The exogenous hormone had the significant promotion effects on the germination of the seeds of Uvaria microcarpa. The higher the concentration was, the more obvious the inhibition of seed germination was.
