摘要
[目的]为实际生产中缓解油葵(Helianthus annuus)盐害提供理论和技术依据.[方法]以油葵种子为试验材料,在种子萌发过程中用120mmol/L NaCl溶液和0~200mg/L Vc溶液进行处理,研究外源Vc对盐胁迫下油葵种子萌发指标和幼苗生理特性的影响.[结果]在盐胁迫下,随着Vc溶液浓度的增加,油葵种子发芽势和发芽率、幼苗超氧化物歧化酶-(SOD)和超氧化物酶(POD)活性、脯氨酸(Pro)含量均呈现先升高后降低的趋势,分别在80、12、80mg/L Vc处理下达到最大值;幼苗MDA含量呈现先降后升的趋势,在160mg/L Vc处理下达到最小值.[结论]Vc能不同程度地提高盐胁迫下油葵种子发芽率、发芽势,促进幼苗生长,缓解盐胁迫对油葵种子萌发和幼苗生长的危害.
[ Objective ] The aim was to provide a theoretical and technical basis for easing salt stress of oil sunflower in actual production. [ Method] 120 mmol/L NaC1 solution and 0 -200 mg/L external Vc solution were used to treat oil sunflower seeds, and then studied the effects of external Vc solution on oil sunflower seed germination index and seedlings physiological properties under NaC1 solution stress. [ Re- sult ] Under salt stress, with the increase of Vc solution concentration, the germination energy and germination rate, seedling SOD activity and POD activity, Proline content showed the trend of increase first and then decrease with the peak at 80, 120, 80 mg/L Vc ; the MDA contem of seedlings decreased first and then increased with the lowest at 160 mg/L Vc. [ Conclusion] Vc improves the germination energy and germination rate of oil sunflower seeds and promotes its seedlings growth in different degree under salt stress, so it eases the damage to oil sunflower seeds germination and seedlings growth caused by salt stress.
