摘要
针对食品添加剂课程教学中存在的问题,对课程教学方法进行了深入的分析和探讨,以增强教学效果,提高食品类专业学生对食品添加剂的正确认识及规范使用能力。
Aiming at the existing problems in teaching of Food Additives, the teaching methods were deeply analyzed and discussed strengthen teaching efficiency, improve students' corrective cognition and standardization use of food additives.
