摘要 油库储运自动化是石化企业发展的必然趋势.借鉴国内外中大型石油储运公司,并结合自身多年实际开发经验和研究成果,提出一种全新的石化储运自动化系统的设计方案,并完成系统的软硬件设计.系统采用PLC网络控制为基础的PROFIBUS现场总线型控制系统,实现了装车(船)控制、数据采集、视频监控、周边防范、检测报警等功能.可实现对石化产品进料、储运和销售全流程控制以及对库区消防安全全面监控,提高了工作效率、安全监控水平和经济效益。 The automation system of storage and transportation is inevitable trend in the development of petrochemical enterprises. Draw lessons from domestic and foreign large oil storage and transportation company, and combined with their years of practical experience and research results, Put forward a new kind of design schemeabout the automation system of storage and transportation, and completes the hardware and software design of the system. Network control system adopts PLC based on PROFIBUS control system, realized the loading (ship) control, data acquisition, video surveillance, perimeter prevention, detection, alarm, etc. Can realize feed for petrochemical products, storage and transportation and sale of the whole process control and in the fire safety comprehensive monitoring, such as improve the work efficiency, safety monitoring level and economic benefits.
