摘要
本文针对电机控制器电子器件在储存状态下的可靠性问题,首先分析、确定了可靠性加速寿命试验模型,然后设计了电机控制器试验电路板和监控电路,并根据确定出的试验参数对电机控制器试验电路板进行可靠性寿命试验,得出了电机控制器电子器件在正常储存状态下的寿命。
In this paper, the motor controller electronics in the storage state reliability problems, first analyzed to determine the reliability of the accelerated life test model, and then design a motor controller test circuit boards and monitoring circuits, and in accordance with the determined test parameters of the motor controller circuit board reliability test life test results of the motor controller electronics in the life under normal storage conditions.
