IL-17、COX-2在口腔扁平苔藓和口腔鳞癌中的表达分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究白细胞介素-17(IL-17)与环氧化酶-2(COX-2)在口腔扁平苔藓、口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达情况,分析两者的关系和临床意义。方法取20例口腔扁平苔藓及20例口腔鳞状细胞癌组织标本为研究对象,并选取20例正常口腔黏膜标本作为对照,采用免疫组化法检测IL-17、CXO-2的表达情况,分析IL-17、CXO-2的表达水平与口腔黏膜病变的关系。结果 1对照组中6例(30%)IL-17呈阴性表达,14例(70%)呈不同程度的阳性表达;扁平苔藓组1例(5%)IL-17阴性表达,19例(95%)阳性表达;鳞癌组中均有阳性表达。经比较发现,IL-17在扁平苔藓组与鳞癌组阳性表达率均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05),但扁平苔藓组与鳞癌组IL-17阳性率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。2对照组中未见CXO-2阳性表达,扁平苔藓组10例(50%)阳性表达,鳞癌组16例(80%)阳性表达。经比较发现,CXO-2在扁平苔藓组与鳞癌组阳性表达率均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05),且鳞癌组显著高于扁平苔藓组(P<0.05)。结论 IL-17与CXO-2在口腔扁平苔藓以及鳞癌组织均高度表达,可能通过改变局部微环境而影响癌前病变及恶性肿瘤的进展。 Objective It is to investigate the expression of COX -2 and IL-17 in the oral lichen planus and oral squamous cell carcinoma , and analyze their relationships and clinical significance .Methods The expression of Cox-2 and IL-17 of 20 cases of oral lichen planus ( lichen planus group ) , 20 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma ( oscc group ) and 20 cases of normal oral mucosa ( control gorup ) were examined with immunohistochemical technique .The relationships of the expression of Cox-2 and IL-17 with oral mucosal lesions were analyzed .Results①The IL-17 positive rate in control group , lichen planus group and oscc group were 70%, 95% and 100% respectively .The IL-17 positive rate both in lichen planus group and oscc group were markedly higher than that in control group (all P〈0.05).But there was no obvious difference of IL-17 positive rate between lichen planus group and oscc group .②The Cox-2 positive rate in control group , lichen planus group and oscc group were 0%, 50%and 80%respectively.The Cox-2 positive rate both in lichen planus group and oscc group were markedly higher than that in control group (all P〈0.05), and COX-2 positive rate in oscc group were markedly higher than that in lichen planus group (P〈0.05).C onclusion The expression of Cox -2 and IL-17 in the oral lichen planus and mucosa squamous cell carcinoma are increased , they may be play an important role to influence the tumor microenvi-ronment in tumor development .
