摘要 如何合理的确定监测参数是实现结构健康安全有效监测的关键,当前监测参数的选取原因与依据上缺乏系统的深入研究。文中提出了基于失效模式的浮式平台监测参数的确定方法。首先分析了众多浮式平台事故原因和可能产生危害平台安全的各种因素,总结了浮式平台的失效模式;其次基于失效模式对浮式平台监测系统的监测参数选择进行了分析,合理的确定了浮式平台监测系统的监测参数,为科学合理地选取监测参数提供了依据。 How to reasonably determine the monitoring parameters is the key to implement effectively monitoring structure health and safety.At present,systematic research into reasons and evidences of monitoring parameters selection are seldom conducted.The method for determining monitoring parameters of floating platform based on the failure modes is proposed in this paper.The causes of numerous accidents of floating platform and various factors which endanger the safety of the platform are firstly analyzed and the failure modes of floating platform are summarized.Secondly,based on failure modes,the monitoring parameter selection of floating platform monitoring system is analyzed,and then monitoring parameters are determined.These researches provide the basis for selecting monitoring parameters scientifically and reasonably.
