摘要
讨论了20世纪60年代以来国内外的结构雪灾事故,分析了导致事故的主要原因。进一步提出了应对结构雪灾的四个方面的课题研究,包括屋面积雪漂移、屋盖动力稳定性、以稳定为目标的等效静风荷载、屋盖动力失稳计算方法等。详细阐述了研究的必要性及总体研究思路。
Disaster cases of structures in heavy snowstorms all over the world from 1960s are discussed,in which the reasons inducing the disasters are analyzed.Studies necessary to be conduct to prevent structural disasters under snowstorms are put forward from four aspects,including snowdrifts on roofs,dynamic instability of roof structures,equivalent static wind loads based on the equivalence of structural stability,and the calculation method of dynamic instability of roofs.The researching significance and general research methods are described in detail.
