大型螺纹旋风硬铣削有限元仿真研究

摘要 本文在试验研究的基础上,利用DEFORM软件对PCBN刀具旋风硬铣削大型螺纹的过程进行仿真模拟,对仿真得到的应力分布图、温度分布图、应变率分布图、切削力等进行分析,进一步明晰了绝热剪切行为作用下的锯齿状切屑形成机理,对优化切削工艺参数,提高螺纹加工精度具有重要的指导意义。
