摘要
以N1015圆柱滚子轴承为研究对象,采用ANSYS对滚子凸度偏移、外滚道锥度对滚子与外滚道间接触应力的影响进行了分析,得出了二者与接触应力的关系。结果表明,为使轴承在给定载荷下的接触应力均匀分布,外滚道锥度和滚子凸度偏移应控制在合适的范围内,否则,滚子与滚道间的接触应力会迅速增大,其分布也会呈现出复杂的非对称性与非均匀性。
Taking the cylindrical roller bearing N1015 as a research object,the influence of roller convexity offset and outer raceway taper on contact stress between roller and outer raceway is analyzed by using ANSYS.The relationship between roller convexity offset and outer raceway taper and contact stress is obtained.The results show that in order to make contact stress of bearing distributing uniformly under the given load,the roller convexity offset and the outer raceway taper should be controlled in a suitable range.Otherwise the contact stress between roller and raceway increases observably and its distribution presents complex asymmetry and nonuniformity.
