摘要
采用失重法,对碳钢在60℃、质量分数为20%的盐酸体系中的酸洗速率、缓蚀效率和抑雾效果进行研究。TF酸洗添加剂的缓蚀效率随缓蚀剂质量浓度的增加和温度的升高而增大。采用金相显微镜对酸洗后的试样形貌进行观察。添加缓蚀抑雾剂酸洗同样时间后的试样表面比较平整,呈银灰色。用电化学极化法测量碳钢在不同酸洗添加剂中的缓蚀效率。TF酸洗缓蚀剂的缓蚀效率最高。在工业生产中,如果没有条件使用缓蚀抑雾剂,酸洗操作时温度不要超过40℃,否则极易造成零件过腐蚀,使零件变薄。
The pickling rate,corrosion inhibiting efficiency and mist suppressing effect of carbon steel pickled in 20 % mass fraction hydrochloric acid at 60 ℃ were studied by using weight loss method.The corrosion inhibiting efficiency of TF increases with the increasing of acid pickling inhibitor mass concentration and the rising of temperature.The morphology of pickled specimen was observed by metallographic microscope.The specimen surface pickled in a pickling solution with corrosion inhibiting and mist suppressing agent for the same time is smoother,presents silver gray.The corrosion inhibiting efficiency of carbon steel in pickling solutions with different pickling additives was determined by electrochemical polarization method.The corrosion inhibiting efficiency of TF pickling corrosion inhibitor is the highest.In industrial production,if corrosion inhibiting and mist suppressing agent is not available,the temperature should not exceed 40 ℃ in pickling operation,otherwise the parts will be easily over corroded,making parts thinner.
