摘要
少齿差行星齿轮副受载时,轮齿的弹性变形可能会消除啮合线周围齿廓面间的间隙,形成多对齿接触共同承载的情况.而基节误差使啮合情况变得复杂,故建立考虑基节误差的载荷分配数学模型是一项十分重要的工作.基节误差具有随机性,引入蒙特卡罗(MC)方法定量地研究其对少齿差齿轮副承载能力的影响,并给出了具体算法.计算结果表明:基节误差使得少齿差行星齿轮副的实际承载能力较预期的低.
Due that the tooth elastic deformation of few-tooth difference planetary gear pair may eliminate the tooth-contour clearances around engagement line and produce multiple-tooth-contact loading, the basepitch error results in complicated engagement. In this respect, a loading allocation mathematical model is established based on base-pitch errors. Accordingly, the feasibility of the proposed model is verified via finite element simulation. Mterwards, the Monte Carlo (MC) method, along with related algorithm, is applied to quantitatively speculate the impact of error randomness. Therein, it is detected that, as a result of base-pitch errors, the gear pair loading capacity is reduced against the expectation.
