摘要
产品设计过程中,在有限元仿真之前,往往要对已经建立好的三维设计模型进行简化,使之符合仿真的要求,从而简化计算,缩短仿真周期.模型的简化往往由设计人员根据仿真类型和模型形状等实际情况进行操作,并没有一套固定的规则和标准.在将三维模型的简化与数据挖掘思想结合起来,借助Weka软件,分析大量已有的三维模型简化以及仿真实例,从而创建一套对三维模型简化及仿真的自动判断依据,为开发一套三维模型自动简化的程序提供一个新的思路.
During the product design process, the established 3D design model is simplified to meet the simulation requirements, simplify computation and reduce simulation cycle. Accordingly, the simplification is frequently operated by designers based on such actual situations as simulation types and forms without fixed rules and standards. By integrating the 3D model simplification with data mining, a number of 3D model simplification and simulation cases are analyzed via wekaTM software. Therein, this approach paves a new venue for 3D model automatic simplification procedure through a set of automatic judgment references.
