摘要
针对当前锅炉省煤器产品的设计难度大、设计效率低且无统一设计标准等问题,提出了一种基于事物特性表(SML)的参数化快速设计方法,建立了省煤器产品族设计模板,并详细论述了关键部件的智能装配技术及参数化几何模型的优化设计.最后,开发出了系统实例,实现了省煤器从结构设计、几何变形到产品数据文档生成的完整流程,极大地提高了设计效率.
Owing to high difficulty of boiler economizer product design as well as low design efficiency yet non-unified design standards, an SML-based rapid parametrized design method is first proposed. Upon completion of design template, the intelligent assembly technology for key components, together with optimization design for parametrized geometric models, is then speculated. Finally, based on the practical examples, an entire process is realized from the structural design, geometric deformation to product profile generation to significantly enhance design efficiency.
