摘要
凤凰三桥钢箱拱肋的水上加载脱架施工在整个桥梁施工过程中难度最大,也最为关键.分析了钢箱拱肋施工过程中水上加载脱架的影响因素,确保钢箱拱肋施工的正常进行.通过分析涨落潮时的加载数据,给出了具体的施工措施和现场工序监控要求.最后介绍了钢箱拱肋的运输和提升过程,为桥梁施工提供了理论依据和实践经验.
The on-water loading and off-shelf construction for steel-box arch rib is the most difficult yet critical stage during the entire construction process of Phoenix 3RD Bridge. To guarantee regular construction, the impact factors are first investigated. By analyzing the loading data on ebb and flow, the construction measures and on-site process monitoring requirements are then postulated. Finally, the steel-box arch rib transport and hoist are summarized to provide theoretical and practical experiences for bridge construction.
