摘要
目前,高职院校人才培养质量不高,亟需提高教师素质,促进教师专业技能的不断提升。教师评价机制对教师专业技能的提升有重要作用,不合理的教师考核评价制度已经阻碍了教师队伍建设。分析高职教师专业技能与教师评价的关系,以促进教师专业技能提升为导向,通过确定多元化评价主体、选择高职教育特色评价内容、健全教师评价监督约束机制、运用多样化评价形式及手段、建立高职院校教师分类考核评价体系。
Currently,improving the quality and enhancing professional skills of teachers are good ways to solve the problem of low - quality students in vocational colleges. Therefore, the teacher evaluation system plays an important role in improving teachers' professional skills. The article analyzed the relationship between the professional skills of vocational college teach- ers and teacher evaluation system and pointed out that the evaluation system should he oriented towards improving teachers' professional skills and built by ensuring diversified main evaluation part, choosing distinctive contents, perfecting the rules of supervising and binding mechanism and using different evaluation methods.
