摘要
分析高职图书馆读者服务中出现的馆藏资源数量和质量不能满足读者需求、阅读环境、服务质量等问题,提出解决图书馆读者满意度的相应措施。
The article analyzed the problems of reading environment and service quality in vocational college library caused by few and low quality books. Meanwhile it proposed some measures to improve reader satisfactory.
