低技术节能策略在四川新农村住宅中的应用探讨——以广汉市西外乡楠林村2号聚居点住宅设计为例

A Study on the Application of Low-tech Energy-saving Strategies in the New Rural Residence in Sichuan Province——Exampled by the Residential Design of the No.2 Settlements in Nanlin Village,Xiwai Township,Guanghan City

村镇建设科技发展"十二五"专项规划中强调推进村镇低成本节能住宅建造技术体系开发。以此为出发点,以绿色建筑科学体系理论为依据,对四川新农村住宅的节能进行研究,并以广汉市西外乡楠木村2号聚居点住宅设计实践为例,从住宅设计和低技术节能技术应用两个方面入手,探寻符合现阶段四川农村实际情况的节能住宅设计策略。

The rural constructional development of science and technology in the 12 th Five-Year special planning emphasizes that it should promote the development of the technology system in building the rural low-cost and energy-saving residential constructions.Based on the theory of the green-building scientific system,this paper studies the energy-saving effects of the new rural residence in Sichuan province.Taking the residence design of No.2 settlements in Nanlin village,Xiwai township,Guanghan city as an example,it explores the energy-saving strategies in accordance with the status quo of the rural areas in Sichuan province.
