600MW机组锅炉喷涂区域水冷壁焊缝裂纹浅析及解决措施 被引量:1

摘要 针对神华陕西国华锦界能源公司2093t/h亚临界机组#3锅炉在检修期间,发现水冷壁管焊口大面积开裂。对钢管焊缝开裂原因进行了试验分析,分析结果表明:喷涂区域水冷壁钢管焊接开裂属于焊接结晶裂纹。采取了重新焊接涂层区域全部钢管等处理措施,对坡口边缘的涂层、铁锈、油污等杂质彻底清理,全氩弧焊接,对焊口进行射线探伤检验,效果良好。对同类型涂层区域受热面管子焊接裂纹的检查和处理具有一定的借鉴意义。 During examine and repair of No.3 boiler 2093t/h subcritical units in (Shenhua Shaanxi Guohua Jinjie Energy Co. Ltd., we found most area of welded junction was cracked. We have tested the reasons why weld cracking, the result shows that: The spray area of cooled wall tube welding cracking belongs to the welding solidification crack. We took measures of re-welding all pipe coating areas, which can thoroughly clean the coating, rust, oil and other impurities on the edge of groove. And the argon arc welding can bring good effect on the inspection of weld ray. Also, it has certain significance on the inspec-tion and management of the same type of heating surface of coating area of tube welding crack.
