摘要
随着近几年节能环保的提倡,提高工业锅炉热效率是其中重要的部分,中小型工业煤粉锅炉是近几年出现的较为高效的燃煤工业锅炉,该锅炉对200目煤粉的稳定燃烧有很高的要求,同时新增辅机配套单元。针对工业煤粉锅炉的特点,开发了一套工业煤粉锅炉控制系统。该控制系统特点主要有:储粉、供粉控制、煤粉燃烧控制和燃烧诊断控制,从而保障了工业煤粉锅炉安全、稳定、高效的运行。
