PD-1及其配体表达异常与动脉粥样硬化的关系研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 程序性细胞死亡因子1(PD-1)是新近发现的一种新的介导负性调控信号的共刺激分子受体,在激活的T细胞、B细胞和一些髓样细胞上表达,表现对激活后T、B细胞炎症程度的下调和炎症范围的限制[1],其配体包括PD-L1和PD-L2。研究[2]发现, PD-1与其配体结合后能介导免疫细胞周围性耐受,下调其炎症反应程度。 PD-1/PD-Ls路径与免疫耐受、自身免疫型疾病、肿瘤、急慢性感染等密切相关。因动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展与炎症及免疫反应有密切联系,故PD-1及其通路与动脉粥样硬化间关系的研究较多。现将近年来国内外有关PD-1及其配体与动脉粥样硬化关系的研究进展情况作一综述。
