摘要 为解决传统视频监控预警系统移植到危险品码头会存在监管不力,难以快速有效地从海量视频中筛选出有效信息的问题,引入智能视频识别技术,设计危险品码头智能监控预警系统.结合码头危险品作业监管的基本现状,分析危险品在码头作业期间各个环节的特点,设计系统主要功能,实现危险品作业全天24 h监控、自动目标检测、智能风险识别、态势评估分级、预警信息发布,辅助监管人员进行决策. In order to solve the problems, such as ineffective supervision and having great difficulty in selecting effective information from massive video information, resulted from that the traditional video monitoring and early warning system is applied to dangerous goods wharves, the intelligent video identification technology is introduced, and the intelligent monitoring and early warning system for dangerous goods wharves is designed. Considering the status of dangerous goods operation monitoring in wharves and analyzing the features of all links during the dangerous goods operation in wharves, the main functions of the system are designed to realize the 24 h monitoring, automatic target detection, intelligent risk identification, situation assessment classification and warning information publishing, and help users to make decision.
