摘要
为合理利用港口资源,减少各港口彼此间的资源竞争,基于雁阵模式理论对环渤海港口的规模进行研究.首先通过拓展雁阵模式的内涵和预测范围,对环渤海各港口的规模进行雁阵排名;然后将环渤海各港口划分为3个梯度,基于政策分析和劳动力成本优势,对环渤海港口的升级和优化顺序进行分析;最后针对不同梯度的港口提出不同的发展策略.该方法可为我国港口的合理规划提供理论基础,为港口管理者制定合理的发展策略提供科学依据.
To make rational use of port resource and reduce resource competition among ports, the scale of the ports in Bohai Bay is researched based on the flying geese model. First, the content and prediction range of the flying geese model are extended to rank the ports according to their scale. Then, the ports are divided into three gradients and the subsequence of the upgrade and optimization of the ports is analyzed on the basis of policy analysis and labor cost advantage. Finally, different development strategies are put forward for the ports in different gradients. The method can provide theoretical basis for the rational planning of Chinese ports and scientific basis for port managers to develop reasonable strategies.
