用于力觉反馈的压电超声波阻力器

摘要 力觉反馈是虚拟现实技术中重要的人机交互技术,实现力觉反馈的关键部件是力反馈执行器。利用超声波振动效应,提出一种新颖的压电超声波阻力器,该阻力器由一悬臂方柱和一力反馈推杆组成。悬臂方柱为振子,由其4个侧面粘贴的压电陶瓷片激发上下、左右两个二阶超声频域的共振。制作了一款压电超声波阻力器样机,外形尺寸为14 mmx14 mmx50 mm。实验测定,该阻力器通过调节两个正交二阶横向共振的激励电压比与电压幅值,能够控制堵停力大小,表明该阻力器可以较好地用于力反馈驱动。该阻力器具有体积小、质量轻、反馈力的大小过渡平滑等优点,提供堵停力大小为0~3 N。
