摘要
成立护理品管圈科研小组,对护理品管圈运行中存在的问题,如组圈人数过多、圈长为上级指派、甘特图时间分配不合理、现状把握不充分、目标值确定盲目套用公式、解析要因及真因不正确、对标准化认识不充分等,定期进行归纳总结,及时指导并纠正。护理品管圈活动提高了护理人员运用品管手法解决问题的能力,实现了护理质量持续改进。
A nursing quality management circle research group was established to summarizes regularly the problems in the operation of nursing quality management circle and to provide timely guidance and correction.The problems included large number of personnel in group circle,the leader of the circle assigned by superior,unreasonable time distribution in Gantt chart,inadequate understanding of the present situation,the blind copy of formula to determine the target values,incorrect analytic key and true reasons,inadequate understanding of standardization,etc.The nursing quality management circle activity improved the nurses＇ ability to apply the quality control technique to solve the problem,and realized the aim of the nursing quality continuous improvement.
