摘要 目的制定药师聘后量化考核指标体系,为聘后量化考核工作提供科学、可操作的工具。方法通过文献检索,初步拟定聘后量化考核指标和评分标准。采用3轮专家咨询法,最终确立各指标及其权重系数。结果药师聘后量化考核体系由4项一级指标、10项二级指标和31项三级指标构成,根据各类指标的重要性和各级别药师的期望绩效,确定各指标的权重系数。结论 构建药师量化考核体系势在必行,这是提高临床工作效率的有效手段,其为分配和人事制度的改革奠定了基础。 Objective To formulate a scientific and practical tool for quantified assessment of employed pharmacist in Shandong Province.Method The indexes and their connotation and the appraisal criteria of assessment system were primarily studied via literature review.Then three rounds of questionnaire survey were conducted,and the indexes and their weights were determined.Result The established quantified assessment indicator system for employed pharmacist included 4 first grade indexes,10 second grade indexes and 31 third grade indexes.And the weights of the indexes were determined according to the importance of various types of indicators and expected performance of pharmacists.Conclusion It is necessary to establish quantified assessment indicator system for pharmacist,which was an effective way to improve the clinical work efficiency and provide basis for income distribution and personnel system reform.
