摘要
成立临床输血服务部,建立输血质量控制中心,对辖区内医疗机构临床输血工作进行细节化督导检查,发现问题多渠道反馈,并落实考核。医疗机构临床科学、合理用血水平提高,节约了输血资源,提高了临床输血质量和技术水平,保障了输血安全。
The department of clinical transfusion services was established,the blood transfusion quality control center was established,the details supervision and inspection was carried out for clinical transfusion in medical institutions,problems were identified,and multi-channel feedback and assessment was implemented.The level of clinical scientific and rational use of blood in medical institutions was increased to protect the safety of blood transfusion,saves blood transfusion resources and improve the quality and technical level of clinical transfusion.
