摘要 利用生物基因组学数据库,对绵羊雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ESR)基因进行生物信息学分析。结果表明,绵羊ESR基因含有1个1 413 bp的开放阅读框,编码470个氨基酸;ESR蛋白分子质量为53 393.85D。ESR基因主要位于细胞核中,参与机体转录调控过程。 This study aimed to bioinformations of sheep ESR gene. The physicochemical characteristics, structures andfunctions of ovine ESR were predicted and analyzed with software tools and database. Meanwhile, the phylogenetic tree of ESR andrelated proteins was constructed, The results shows that the ORF of ESR was 1 413 bp which encoded 470 amino acids. The sheepprotein of ESR was 53 393.85 D in molecular weight. The ESR gene played an important role in transcription regulation in cell nucleus.
