摘要
为了给400 Hz交流负载供电,提出了一种新型在宽变频电源条件下的频率转换方法。供电设计应用一种软开关的谐振直流环节逆变器(RDCLI),供电方式可以避免过零点故障。零回滞开关控制电路被用于转换宽频交流电到400 Hz交流电。设计带软开关的变流器既考虑了降低开关过程的能量损失,又考虑了足够的电流调制带宽。变流器的原理由搭建的saber模型经行验证,保证了可控性,可靠性和输出波形质量。
A new type of frequency conversion approach under wide variable frequency power is presented for the purpose of power supply to the 400 Hz AC load.In this design,a Resonant DC Link Inverter (RDCLI)of soft switching is applied to avoid zero-crossing point fault. The zero-hysteresis switching control circuit is used to the conversion from wide variable frequency AC to 400 Hz AC.Such converter with soft switching is designed under the consideration of both energy loss in the switching process and adequate bandwidth for current regulation.The principle of the converter is validated by a Saber model to guarantee the controllability,reliability and qualified output waveform.
