摘要
把步进电机应用到小容量的净重测试力机的加卸载荷装置中,通过PLC和I/O控制卡相结合的控制方式,进行了16 kg容量的净重测试力机的控制设计。应用步进电机调速范围广,快速的启动、制动和反转特性以及PLC和I/0控制卡控制功能多、可靠性高、实时的监控性能,提高了测试力机的稳定性、安全性和维修的方便性。
A control design is made for the 16kG net weight testing machine in the control method of combining PLC and I/O control card by applying the step motor in the loading/unloading device of the small capacity net weight testing machine.The wide range of speed regulation,quick start,brake and reversal,as well as diversified highly reliable functions of the PLC and I/O control card with real-time monitoring all contribute to the steadiness,safety and maintainability of the testing machine.
