板料三点弯曲回弹行为研究

Study on Springback Behavior of Three-point Bending of Sheet Metal

针对5754-M铝合金板在无预应变和有预应变2种情况下的弯曲回弹行为进行研究.通过解析法分析了板料在弯曲后的回弹现象,推导出了回弹角度的计算公式,将理论值分别与有、无预应变的2组试件的三点弯曲实验结果进行了对比验证.结果显示,计算出的回弹理论值误差在合理范围内,有较高的精度,实现了对有、无预应变试件弯曲变形行为的合理解释和弯曲回弹角度的合理预测.

The springback behavior of bent 5754-M aluminum alloy sheet is studied under pre- strained and without pre-strained conditions. Springback phenomenon of the bent sheet metal is an- alyzed with the analytical method and the formula of the springback angle is deduced. The theoreti- cal and experimental values are compared. The results show that the calculated theoretical spring- back values are within reasonable error range and are highly accurate. The bending deformation be- havior of the two kinds of metals are reasonably explained and spingback angles are also reasonably predicted.
