摘要
针对某微型车在时速80 km/h以上出现方向盘抖动严重的问题,采用试验分析、数据统计及模态测试等方法,测得方向盘Y向振动加速度最高达到0.95 g,并确定方向盘抖动的主要原因为转向器模态与轮胎高速转动频率发生耦合。通过将转向器导套长度由10 mm增加到16 mm,控制齿轮条间隙在0.08 mm以下,提高了转向器刚度,从而将最大振动加速度降至0.12 g。经试验确认,改进后的方向盘抖动情况明显改善,满足改进目标。
Aimed at serious problem that the wheel steering shaked at the speed of more than 80 kin/h, using experimental analysis, statistics and modal testing methods to get acceleration up to 0.95 g at the steering wheel Y direction and the main reason tot the steering wheel shake showed that the modal of the steering wheel and rotating frequeney of the tire existed coupling. The rigidity of steering wheel was improved hy enlarging the bushing from 10 mm to 16 mm, controlling the clearance between rack and gear below 0.08 ram, so that the maximum vibratinn acceleration was reduecd to 0.12 g. The modified steering wheel shake was significantly improved to meet the requirements of goal.
