在双针床贾卡经编机上生产的无缝成形产品,已在服饰、产业以及医疗等织物的生产中得到越来越广泛的应用。文章研究了无缝经编织物的研究现状及编织工艺,分析了双针床贾卡提花经编织物的原理与技术,并总结了贾卡提花经编织物根据其提花原理不同而形成的衬纬型、成圈型、压纱型和浮纹型等四种不同类型贾卡经编织物的织物。

The seamless products made by double jaqua tricot machine have been widely used in the production of garments and textiles of medical treatment. This paper studies the current situation of seamless warp knitting fabric and knitting techniques, analyzes the principle and technology of double jaqua weave tricots, and summarizes the different jaqua weave tricots of four kinds of weft insertion, loop, chopper bar, and lappet loom, formed according to different jacquard weave principles.
