摘要
在分析中国羊肉产品出口特征的基础上,通过羊肉产品国际竞争力指标横向和纵向比较,研究探讨了中国和世界羊肉产品出口大国羊肉产品国际竞争力的变动情况,并进一步从生产价格、生产成本、饲养方式和规模以及质量安全等方面分析影响中国羊肉产品国际竞争力的因素。结果表明,中国羊肉产品贸易处于净进口状态,出口规模较小;羊肉产品国际竞争力较弱,竞争劣势较为明显;羊肉产品出口逐渐失去价格优势和生产成本优势;规模化和产业化程度低,影响国际竞争力提高;但是质量安全不断提高,羊肉产品附加值不断增加,增强了中国羊肉产品出口竞争优势。
On the basis of summarizing the characteristics of the international trade of China's mutton products,this paper takes both across-countries and fore-and-aft comparative analyses of international competitiveness changes in China and the other major exporters of mutton products using indexes of international competitiveness. Then the paper investigates the main factors influencing international competitiveness of China's mutton products( ICCMP) on the aspects of producer prices,production costs,rearing ways and scale,quality and safety,etc. The results show that China is a net importer and small exporter of mutton products; China's mutton products have poor international competitiveness and serious competitive disadvantages; China's mutton exports is gradually losing price advantage and cost advantages; low scale and industrialization impede the improvement of the ICCMP; but the constant improvement of quality and safety,added value of mutton products strengthens the ICCMP.
