鲁西南地区农村留守妇女权益保障对策研究

Discussion on the Problems and Counter-measures of the Rural Left-behind Women in Jining City

随着工业化、城镇化进程的加快,农村男性劳动力的大量外出,农村社会出现了一个特殊群体——农村留守妇女。本文对济宁市农村留守妇女面临的困境作了客观的描述,提出通过打破城乡二元结构、积极探索农业转移人口的探亲制度、大力发展地方经济、丰富农村留守妇女的精神文化生活、全面提高农村留守妇女的综合素质、积极营造农村留守妇女更好的生存发展环境等方面来改善农村留守妇女的生产生活状况,促进济宁市农村的和谐发展。

With the acceleration of urbanization and industrialization,China's rural surplus labor force has started a large-scale urban migration,and to create a special mass-----called the rural left-behind women. This paper describes objectively facing predicament for the left-behind women in Jining and promotes the suggestion of the breaking the urban-rural two elements style,fully raising the left-behind women's comprehensive ability,positively establishing the left-behind women's survival environment for the improving the production and life status of the left-behind and promoting the Jiing city's rural harmonious development.
