摘要
采用超声提取和分光光度法测定了黑桫椤叶中总黄酮的含量,并对总黄酮的提取条件进行了探讨.以体积分数为60%的乙醇为提取剂,超声提取60 min,以1:50的料液比测定黑桫椤叶中总黄酮的效果较好.生长于沟底和山坡的黑桫椤叶中总黄酮的质量分数分别为3.303%和4.625%.
The flavonoids contents of leaves of A. podophylla had been mensurated with ultrasonic extraction and spectrophotometric determination, and the extraction conditions were discussed. The determination effects of flavonoids contents of leaves ofA. podophylla were better by treatments of 60% alcohol, 60 min ultrasonic extraction and 1:50 ratio of plant fines to solvent. The flavonoids content in leaves ofA. podophylla averaged out at 3.303% and 4.625% respectively in furrow sole and hillside habitats.
