能源与气候变化问题彼此互为因果,保障能源安全、减缓与适应气候变化已经成为全球、国家乃至国内各省可持续发展的重要议题。河南省应通过加强政策与法律建设,保障传统能源安全,促进可再生能源开发利用,增强地方减缓与适应气候变化的能力建设,保障河南省可持续发展目标的实现。

Henan provinee should be through the strengthening eonstruetion of poliey and legal,se-eurity of traditional energy seeurity,promote the development and utilization of renewable energy,enhanee the ea-paeity building of loeal mitigation and adaptation to elimate ehange,to aehieve the goal of sustainable development of seeurity in Henan provinee.
