内镜微血管术治疗面肌痉挛的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Endoscopic Microvascular Decompression for the Treatment of Facial Spasm

[目的]评价神经内镜辅助下微血管减压术治疗原发性面肌痉挛的临床疗效.[方法]回顾性分析本科15例神经内镜辅助下微血管减压术治疗的原发性面肌痉挛患者的临床疗效和术后跟踪随访情况.[结果]15例患者中12例患者术后症状完全缓解;3例患者术后症状明显减轻,其中2例在2周内症状完全缓解,1例1个月内症状完全缓解.随访1～24个月未见明显并发症.[结论]神经内镜辅助下微血管减压术治疗原发性面肌痉挛是一种临床疗效显著、并发症少的手术方法.

[Objective]To evaluate the clinical efficacy of neuroendoscopic microvascular decompression （MVD） for the treatment of primary facial spasm.[Methods] Clinical efficacy and postoperative follow up state of 15 patients with primary facial spasm treated by neuroendoscopic MVD in our department were ana lyzed retrospectively.[Results] Among 15 patients,postoperative symptoms of 12 patients were complete remission,and those of 3 patients were alleviated obviously in which 2 patients were complete remission within 2 weeks and 1 patient was complete remission within 1 month.During the follow up,no obvious complication was observed.[Conclusion] Neuroendoscopic MVD for the treatment of primary facial spasm is an operation method with significant clinical efficacy and little complications.
