摘要
[目的]探究专病一体化护理对维持性血液透析患者营养管理的影响.[方法]85例维持性血液透析患者作为研究对象,建立专病一体化护理模式上的饮食指导作为干预手段,在患者入组6个月进行随访,比较不同时间点患者的主观综合性营养评估评分,自我护理水平和营养状况.[结果]患者的各项营养相关检查指标在入组后不同时间点均较入组时有显著改善(P<0.05),患者的营养知识掌握水平显著提高(P<0.01).[结论]专病一体化护理可以改善患者在透析开始的前6个月的营养状况.
[Objective]To explore the effect of integrated nursing model on nutrition management of maintenance hemodialysis patients.[Methods]A total of 85 maintenance hemodialysis patients were enrolled in the research,Nutrition management based on integrated nursing model was taken as the intervention method.All patients were followed up at 6 months after enrollment.The subjective global assessment score,self-care and nutritional status of patients at different time points were compared.[Results] There were significant differences in all nutrition-related indicators between at different time points and at enrollment(P <0.05).The patients' disease-related knowledge was improved.[Conclusion]The integrated nursing mode can improve nutritional status of patients in the first 6 months of dialysis.
