晚期糖基化终末产物与动脉粥样硬化关系的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)发生过程涉及动脉壁细胞、细胞外基质、血液成分、局部血流动力学、环境及遗传等诸多因素的相互作用,但其发病机制至今不明.近年来的基础研究及临床研究结果均提示晚期糖基化终产物(advanced glycation end products,AGEs)参与动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展的不同环节[1,2].AGTs是体内的还原糖与蛋白质或脂质发生不可逆反应形成的,通过直接修饰蛋白质、脂质、核酸等以及与AGTs受体(receptor for advanced glycation end products,RAGE)结合,通过受体依赖途径参与动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展.本文就AGTs及动脉粥样硬化的关系做一综述.
